BodyID Bracelet Functions:

Safety Features

■ SOS Call and Vibration: By pressing the SOS button (hold for 5 seconds), the bracelet automatically calls up to 3 selected SOS contacts. If the first contact doesn't answer, the bracelet automatically proceeds to the next contact(s) in the preset order. Users can talk to each other via phone.
■ Fall Detector: Adjustable fall sensor sensitivity. When a person falls, the bracelet automatically calls SOS contacts and sends a notification to the app.
■ If the call fails, an emergency alert is sent to the app and all SOS contacts receive a missed call.
■ Auto Answer: The bracelet can automatically answer calls from saved contacts after a few rings.
■ Reject Unknown Calls: Set the bracelet to accept calls only from saved contacts.
■ Remote Listening: If you're concerned and cannot reach the user, you can activate remote listening.
■ Safe Zone: Set a zone; if the user leaves it, the device sends a notification.

Languages

Our app is completely FREE and available in English (and other languages) for Android and iOS devices.
You can use it on multiple devices simultaneously, ideal for sharing with family members.

Location Tracking

■ Powerful GPS sensor: Enables approximate location tracking with high accuracy.
■ Outdoors: GPS signal accuracy within meters.
■ Indoors:

1) without GPS, Wi-Fi signal offers accuracy within a few to tens of meters.

2) without GPS and Wi-Fi: deviations of 200 meters to several kilometers (LBS).
■ 4G Network Support: Provides more accurate positioning. If 4G is unavailable, the device switches to 3G or 2G.

Health Monitoring

■ Approximate measurement: heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, body temperature.

Daily Functions

■ Medication Reminder: The bracelet verbally reminds the user to take medication at set times (e.g.: "Take 2 red pills"). The reminder repeats and is only cleared by pressing the SOS button briefly to confirm the medication was taken.
■ Alarm, step counter, calorie and sleep tracking.

Other Functions

■ Low battery alert.
■ Remote device shutdown or restart.

All BodyGuard 4G GPS tracker watches and wristbands should be charged with a standard 5V/1A charger, which we also provide in the package.

Otherwise, there is a risk of system sleep due to battery protection, and this system sleep may be irreversible.

Waterproof:

Regarding waterproofing, we inform you that the bracelet has waterproofing according to the IP67 standard or another according to the description of the specific product. IP67 means it can last 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter, but only in calm water without movement. It is suitable for common situations such as hand washing or showering, but should not be submerged for long periods of time. It is important that the SIM card slot is well inserted so that water does not get inside. It is not recommended to swim, jump into the water or make sudden movements in the water, as the water pressure may damage the microphone and speaker, or affect the sound quality.

Device location detection:

To properly synchronize the GPS position from the satellites when setting up the device, it is best to perform the initial setup of the device outdoors in an open area where you are guaranteed a good signal (meaning GPS signal) or at least near a window. This will ensure proper functionality of the device. Please note that in places with a weaker signal, the device may not be set up correctly.

The location is determined as a guidance only.Location detection is always limited by the signal and the size of the receivers in the device. It should be noted that the size of the device is designed to be carried on the hand, and a large part of the device can accommodate the battery. So receivers are generally weaker than in phones. This is a physical property of the device and not a device defect. In the application, it is always indicated on the map how the position is determined at the given moment. These are:

• GPS - primarily using GPS - the most accurate, on the order of meters, in an outdoor environment.
• Wifi- outside the range of GPS, in closed spaces (buildings, shadows of large buildings) out off range using nearby Wifi - with an error from units to hundreds of meters.
• LBS- out of reach of GPS, in closed spaces using mobile operators' transmitters - with an error from 200m to several km. This positioning can be turned off in the application for the purpose of displaying the location history, so that in the event of a deviation of several kilometers, there is no unnecessary fear when browsing the location history.
• If you wear the bracelet on your hand and move around with it, there is a high probability that even in buildings you will capture the exact location at least via the Wifi network if there is no GPS signal available.
• If the bracelet wearer's position seems suspicious for an extended period of time, call the bracelet and verify that everything is fine.

FAQ

First setup (connecting the device to the app):

TEST YOUR SIM CARD ON YOUR PHONE FIRST TO MAKE SURE IT'S WORKING. 

• Fully charge the device.
• Before inserting or removing the SIM card from the device, the device must be turned OFF first.
• Insert the SIM card.
• POWER ON THE DEVICE by long pressing the SOS button until you hear a melody.

• Download the app (see the APPS tab for recommended apps).
• Click on Register.
• Create an account and register.
• The first step in the app will prompt you to pair your device.
• Scan the QR code on the device or inside the device menu (if it has a display) in the QR codes item (just click on the square at the end of the first line and the camera will open to scan the QR code).
• Select the device name.
• Select a role (e.g. son, father, etc.).
• Enter the phone number of the Sim card in the device (optional only).
• Confirm.
• The application environment opens, where you set up everything you need (SOS contacts, etc.).
• For proper GPS location synchronization, it is recommended to restart the device in an open area with a good signal. This will ensure proper device functionality. In areas with weaker signal, the device settings may be affected.
• After pairing the device with the app (and your account), please log out of the app and then log in again to restore all app functionality for the device. If problems persist, try logging out and logging in again.

Wristband removal detector. *Note: In the application, you can only deactivate notifications to the application. SMS notifications that go to the SOS contact. No. 1 can only be deactivated by not setting SOS contact No. 1, but SOS contact No. 1 will only be set to the second position.

SIM card:

Any operator's SIM card can be used. The SIM size is Nano (the smallest).

• The average data consumption of the device is about 50-100 MB per month.
• Make sure the SIM card is fully compatible with the 4G network.
• On the SIM card, have free minutes to call as needed.
• We also recommend a certain supply of sms for possible notification sms (low battery, SOS call position, etc.).

Warning: If no data plan is active or there is not enough money on your prepaid card, the device will quickly discharge when you try to establish the connection again. Location and communication services are not available.
