COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

1) If you received damaged goods, an incomplete shipment or other goods than you ordered, you are entitled to a complaint and a refund including postage.

2) If your order arrived in good condition, but you do not want to keep the goods for any reason, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days (withdrawal from the contract).

According to § 1839 letter d) withdrawal is unfortunately not possible for goods made to measure or according to the consumer's requirements or adapted to his personal needs, as is the case with product IDs on which we mark the text according to the customer's requirements. It is also for the reason that we can no longer use goods modified in this way.

COMPLAINT

The warranty period for consumer goods is 24 months from receipt, unless a longer warranty period is specified on the web interface or in the documents attached to the goods.

How to proceed with a complaint?

Always hand over the goods for a complaint clean, complete, including all the accessories that were included in the package.

Carefully pack the goods, preferably in the original and undamaged packaging, to prevent possible damage during transport.

Inside the shipment, put a copy of the sales document (invoice) and a filled-in complaint form, in which you describe the defect in the goods. For these purposes, it is possible to use the complaint description form, which you can download here - COMPLAINT FORM.

IT IS NECESSARY TO SEND THE GOODS WITHOUT COD(Cash on delivery). Goods sent on cash on delivery will not be accepted.

We will handle the warranty claim as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will inform you by e-mail about the acceptance of the goods for complaint and the termination of the complaint.

What if the goods arrived damaged?

When receiving the shipment, carefully check its packaging and the condition of the product. If it is already apparent upon receipt that the shipment is not in order, do not collect it from the carrier. If the shipment looks fine at first glance, but the product is damaged inside, it is important to report the incident to the carrier as soon as possible. We recommend that you also report this situation by email to our address info@bodyid.com.

Requirements for making a claim for delivered damaged goods

Send complaints about damaged shipments by email together with photo documentation (take a photo of the damaged product, including the packaging).

It is best to include the order number or sales document number (invoice) in the email.

Describe the circumstances when the product was handed over and the circumstances under which the damage was discovered.

Did you receive an incomplete or different product?

If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us by e-mail info@bodyid.com. Do not hesitate to contact us even if the product is not complete.

We will contact you as soon as possible and advise you on how to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and without unnecessary additional costs.

What about goods that will have an irreparable defect?

If the claimed goods are assessed as having an irreparable defect, you have the right to exchange the goods, to receive a reasonable discount from the purchase price, or you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

RETURNED GOODS

You can return goods purchased on our e-shop without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. According to § 1839 letter d) withdrawal is unfortunately not possible for goods made to measure or according to the consumer's requirements or adapted to his personal needs, as is the case with product IDs on which we mark the text according to the customer's requirements. It is also for the reason that we can no longer use goods modified in this way.

You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract or the right to demand the delivery of a new item if you cannot return the goods in the condition in which you received them (with the exception of the cases stipulated in § 2110 of the Civil Code).

Return procedure

Return the product to its original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Attach all accessories and documents (warranty certificate, instructions).

Carefully pack the goods, preferably in the original and undamaged packaging, to prevent possible damage during transport.

Put a printed withdrawal form in the package (you can download a sample form here - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT) together with a copy of the sales document (invoice).

We will return the money for the goods to your bank account only (don't forget to mention it) and usually within 3 working days of receiving the shipment, maximum within 14 days.

The returned amount will be reduced by shipping costs (does not apply to complaints!).
