Black ID Tag | 18 mm Profile
Replacement black ID tag for users of the Medical Profile service. The tag is designed to replace an existing tag on an 18 mm strap or to upgrade to the new Medical Profile version.
By scanning the QR code, paramedics, healthcare professionals, or finders can quickly access important information stored in your profile. If an internet connection is unavailable, a backup SMS access method can also be used.

How does the tag work?
Scan the QR code on the tag.
The owner’s Medical Profile opens.
QR code cannot be scanned or there is no internet connection? Turn the tag over.
Send an SMS with the PIN shown on the back of the tag – important profile information will be sent back by text message.
You can manage the Medical Profile at www.medicalprofile.eu. It is a service by BodyID. One account can contain multiple profiles – for example for yourself, a child, a senior or another family member. Activation instructions are included in the package.
Who is it suitable for?
For people with allergies, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, implants or permanent medication. For travellers, who can also store a copy of their passport, vaccination details, insurance or flight tickets in the profile. Also suitable for seniors, children at camps and trips, and athletes.
